This is a great advantage, as you can continue to practice your Spanish several years after you have finished the program, via letters, e-mails, and telephone calls.

Whatever option you choose, we will take into consideration your likes and preferences regarding smoking, children, pets, and special diets. However, you must try to be flexible, realising that the host family has invited you to stay in their home and share their customs and culture with you. You must also consider that their daily habits can be different from the ones you are used to. You will receive your own set of keys, which will give you the freedom to come and go as you please and organize your own activities.

If you prefer to stay with young people and experience life as a university student, this is probably your best option. This type of accommodation is perfect if you want to immerse yourself in Argentinean university life. Here you will be able to make friends with local students, socialize in the many Argentinean bars and nightclubs and live in a more relaxed and free environment.

The student apartments include all the basic facilities, though they are not luxurious. The apartments are conveniently located and give you all the freedom and privacy you need. The choices available are a private or a shared room, the other areas being communal. Meals are prepared in a shared kitchen for example, where you can also cook together with your friends. Living in this kind of environment will be a more independent experience than living with a family.
